Individual careers
guidance interviews:
Four fifty minute
interviews in a morning or two interviews in an
afternoon, offering up to date and relevant careers
information, advice and guidance resulting in an
individual student learning plan and follow up as
required. |

Pastoral packages:
To support pupils with
issues e.g. poor attendance / behaviour in school;
liaison with parents, including supported home visits,
if required.
Minimum of 2 sessions
per week |

Retention and
referral:
Addressing the need of
students in danger of dropping out of sixth form,
including supported home visits, if required
Minimum of 3 hours, to
include one to one interview, student learning planning
and follow up. |

Workshops
Where fifty minute
workshops are required, they will be delivered as part
of a full session. The number of workshops in the
programme can be determined by negotiation. |

Higher Education programme: e.g. UCAS
applications, financial advice
Minimum number of sessions : 4
Length of session: 50 minutes
Up to 15 students with one consultant
Up to 30 students with two consultants |

Employability workshops, including CV production,
interview skills and mock interviews (upon request)

Careers Workshops on a variety of subjects,
including transition, post 16 opportunities, preparation
for work experience
Length of session: 50 minutes
Up to 15 students with one consultant

Additional Services |

Careers Surgery: Lunch time drop in: 45 minutes
After school: 45 minutes
This activity would be offered in addition to other
services. It is not a ‘stand alone’ activity.
