Individual careers
guidance interviews:
Four fifty minute
interventions in a morning and 2 interventions in an
afternoon, offering up to date and relevant careers
information, advice and guidance resulting in an
individual student learning plan and follow up as
required. |

Pastoral packages:
To support students with
issues e.g. poor attendance / behaviour; liaison with
parents, including supported home visits, if required.
Minimum of 2 sessions
per week |

Retention and
referral:
Addressing the need of
learners in danger of dropping out of college, including
supported home visits if required
Minimum of 3 hours, to
include one to one interview, student learning planning
and follow up. |

Workshops
· Course
content can be tailored to meet the requirements of
accredited qualifications offered by the college
· Where
fifty minute workshops are required, they will be
delivered as part of a full session. The number of
workshops in the programme can be determined by
negotiation.

workshops,
including CV production, interview skills and mock
interviews (upon request)
